I finally tried the Mondrian cake at the SF MOMA! It went perfectly with my black Blue Bottle coffee. Now that it's 8 am and I'm freezing at school, I wish I could go back to that moment. Sigh...

Things that have been making me extra happy this week:

This power salad. I have been leaving out the chicken, adding quinoa and replacing the feta cheese with goat cheese. So tasty and keeps me full until dinner time.

 I follow This-Wild Heart on instagram and her coffee photos send me over the moon. If only I had the time to sit down and enjoy my coffee like her everyday.
